James (JR) Yates has been chosen as Security State Bank’s Employee of the Quarter for Spring 2024. JR is a Financial Services Representative and has been with Security State Bank for over one year. From his nomination: JR tailors his customer service to each individual customer, and because of this has built quite the following of customers. One customer even made up a “cheer” for him! If there is one thing we can always count on from JR, it’s a positive, can-do, uplifting attitude which creates a work environment that everyone wants to be a part of.
