Claudia Perez has been chosen as Security State Bank’s Employee of the Quarter for Winter 2024. She is the Operations Supervisor at the South Bend Branch and has been with Security State Bank for three years. From her nomination: Claudia knows and lives great customer service and is a natural at it. She greets every customer with a smile and “what can I do for you”. Claudia is a top notch team member. She’ll always do whatever it takes to make sure customers and her team are fully taken care of and supported. Claudia’s attitude towards the whole package of branch banking is exceptional from customer service to the operations of the branch to being a team leader.
