Lisa Raschke has been chosen as Security State Bank’s Employee of the Quarter for Fall 2024.  She is an Operations Specialist and has been with the Bank since January 2022.  From her nomination:  Lisa has acquired an extensive knowledge of the bank’s programs and procedures.  She is a valuable resource for branch employees, responding to their inquiries and offering swift assistance.  She also uses this knowledge to train the bank’s new employees, helping them to be successful at their jobs.  Lisa is a great example of what one looks for in a team player.  Her willingness to step in wherever needed and into whatever role that is asked of her with her “no problem” attitude is top notch. Lisa takes pride in doing her job well, knowing that her efforts contribute to the success of her department and ultimately Security State Bank. Congratulations Lisa on this well-deserved recognition!
